About Us

The Esagoff Law Group is an innovative and inclusive law firm offering real value in legal services to our our individual, business and pro-bono clients.

Our firm offers a wide array of legal services, with an emphasis on Business Law, Real Estate and Litigation.

We are proud to offer our unique “customer-service” approach in our law practice on a 24/7 basis that advances our clients’ goals, whether at the closing table, in a settlement negotiation or in court.

Our approach is pragmatic. Our legal fees are reasonable, often at flat-fees rather than the billable hour. In this way, clients needn’t worry about being charged for every phone call, text or email. It’s all included so we can focus our attention on your legal matter, not your legal invoices. We also offer payment plans which are in line with our clients’ budgets and financial expectations. The ultimate goal at the Esagoff Law Group is zealous advocacy, efficiency and great success for our clients.

• We will listen to you and zealously represent your interests.

• We will provide the highest quality of legal representation.

• We will be responsive to your needs to achieve your goals.

With Janet Nina Esagoff at the helm, the team at the Esagoff Law Group, P.C. is dedicated to providing exceptional, cost effective legal representation.

We are a boutique law firm with a unique approach. As your trusted advisors, we take the time to fully understand your goals and the legal issues at hand. In this way, we can most effectively represent you, whether to expertly negotiate a settlement, aggressively argue in court or handle your next real estate closing.

It is important that a client be informed up front of the costs of litigation, or a transactional matter. At Esagoff Law Group, we bill primarily on a “flat-fee” basis, so that our clients can relax about their legal fees, not worry about runaway costs, and focus with us so that we may get to the finish line. Therefore, a client is always free to call us, email or text without watching the clock.

We are acutely aware of the price sensitivity confronting most businesses and individuals when contemplating litigation and other legal matters. By running a mobile office with low overhead, Esagoff Law Group is able to keep legal costs down, by regularly offering reasonable, flat fees. There will be no billing for phone calls, texts, emails whether with clients or our adversaries.

We strive to be responsive to our clients and adversaries, on a 24/7 basis. In this way, there is no undue delay in protracting a settlement, or even a litigation. We offer updates to our clients in “real time” so they are aware of the status of their case and do not get surprised by developments days, weeks or months later.

The Esagoff Law Group is a mobile law practice. We meet our clients at our offices, or theirs, or at the local coffee shop.

We are always happy to meet with you or do a phone conference to discuss your legal matter. No charge, we are hear to listen and to help.
